Hello people! I’m trying to help a friend with his taxes who has recently declared bankruptcy. He just got out of bankruptcy last June.

It seems to be just like filing regular taxes but for part of the year. Is it that simple or am I missing something? Has anyone done this themselves before that can tell me if it’s doable or worth it to pay someone for?

Hi everyone! I do my taxes myself every year, and this year I bought my first house. I'm reading up on tax implications, and I found a federal credit and a provincial one (QC). Just wondering if there are any other credits/things I can take advantage of this year on taxes. Any help is appreciated :)

Hey people! I'm an ESL teacher, looking to learn a little more about language teaching/acquisition.. so I'm looking for some research papers on best practices. Particularly, in teacher's college I was taught to stay away from translation and to ALWAYS speak in the target language, from day 1.

I'm wondering what the theoretical/research basis for these practices is. Is anybody familiar with this field of research that can throw me a paper or 2 to read?

Bonjour tout le monde! J'utilise un Mac et un PC, et je préfère beaucoup le Mac pour taper en français parce que je peux tenir un bouton pour accèder aux accents que je veux ajouter. Un peu comme avec un cellulaire. Est-ce que quelqu'un connait comment avoir cette fonction sur le PC? Je change entre le clavier français et anglais incessement et ça me dérange tellement!
