I'm currently on season 11 of ER and I have not been a fan of this relationship at all. I was a big fan of Linda Cardellini in Freaks and Geeks, and Dead to Me but her character as Sam is a tough watch.

I know what happens to Sam and Luka in the end but still, watching their relationship unfold is rough. Luka just told Sam he loved her and this was one of the most unromantic scenes I've seen out of the whole show. They're both good looking and good actors individually but wow, just no chemistry between them at all.

Hello! I am wondering if there are any social workers who work with MVA clients and could describe their job, the pros and cons, the day-to-day, etc. Thanks!

Hi! I feel so stupid but i left my tricira lo packs in my car today. I picked them up from the pharmacy this morning, ran some errands, and went to my boyfriend's house and forgot that they were in the car until 10 hours later. Today was around 25 degrees C/77 F and it was cloudy and rainy for most of the day but it was sunny later in the day. My pharmacy is closed tomorrow and I'm supposed to start the new pack tomorrow. What should i do?

Hello! I am currently doing my first year MSW practicum and I find that after every in-person meeting and home visits, I feel exhausted. I've been at my placement since January and I feel like especially when I'm around other social workers and managers, I'm not fully relaxed and try to act professional while also trying to be social and engaged. I'm not sure if it's due to information overload or just not being fully myself and trying to make a good impression. Does anyone else feel this way? Does it get easier over time? Any advice?

Hello! My cousin has been on the RGI housing application list for two years now but I know the wait time can be 10+ years. He wants to know if there is any other subsidized housing options in Toronto with a potential shorter wait time. He is also 58 years old and lives alone.

Hello!

I have a family member who has a history of depression and wants to apply for in-person therapy (CBT or psychotherapy) that's also free. My family member is also in their early 50's. Does anyone gave any suggestions? Thanks!

I (25f) have been with my bf (25m) for almost two years and everything is great. Recently we've been having more sleepovers and I feel like his snoring has gotten worse over time. I am a really light sleeper and I do not get a good nights rest when we have sleepovers and I'm exhausted the next day.

I don't want to stop having sleepovers because I love going to bed and waking up beside him but I also value my sleep. For anyone who has been through this, what did you do, if anything, to try and sleep better?

I just finished Southland and WOW. This show was great. I thought the fifth season was very strong but I felt like the finale left a lot of unfinished business. I thought Sherman's character development was quite fascinating. I went from actively rooting for him at the beginning of the series to actively hating him in the end. He became quite the villain. I think the performances of Cooper, Adams, and Bryant are what made the show so great in the end.

I was just wondering, what do you think happens to the characters in the end? I thought the showdown between Bryant and Sherman was interesting to watch but I also felt like there was no closure. Do you think Sherman would be fired? Do you thi

Hello! I'm just wondering if anyone has a similar experience to me. I am currently doing my first year MSW placement at a home health care agency for older adults. I am currently doing my placement with the social work department where I do home visits, care navigation ie connecting clients to different resources, short-term counselling, etc.

I told my practicum planner that for my second year placement, I'd be willing to do my placement again with older adults or specifically hospice and bereavement. My practicum planner said the same agency I am doing my placement at has a hospice and bereavement department and they are looking for students for the fall. I told my practicum I'm somewhat i

I am currently a masters of social work student. Today one of the social workers offered me to co-facilitate a caregiver support group that focuses on mental health and well-being. I told her I'd think about it. When I looked at the participants, I noticed that I know two of the participants in the group. Both are friends with my mother.

I don't really feel comfortable facilitating this group considering there's only 14 participants and I personally know 2 of them. Am I overreacting? Does it matter that I know them?

Hello! I started Tricira Lo about two weeks ago. For the past few days, I have been very thirsty and drinking lots of water but it doesn't really help. I've also noticed my legs have become quite dry and flaky. Has anyone also experienced these symptoms? Does it get better?

I (25f) started a master of social work placement in September and I find that I have repeated patterns. I start at a new place (whether that is a new school, job, placement) and I just assume people do not like me. Because of this, I come off as very quiet and somewhat awkward. I am so worried that people do not like me and I'd rather be quiet than be judged for my real personality. Once I stay somewhere for a few weeks or even months, I start to reveal my true personality and slowly get comfortable with people. I am also scared to make mistakes for fear of being incompetent or viewed negatively.

How can I reframe my thinking? I don't understand why I have always thought this way.
