I need references who can attest that I'm of good character. I need 3.

I'd like to be recommended as capable and competent. I own my own records recovery business, which kept us both housed and fed after my sister got sick, but it's not exactly encouraging to employers.

Specifically, I need 3 references either as patrons to my business or partners to it in some way, shape or form.

Can anyone help? This is time-sensitive, of course.

I would appreciate any and all hel and return it in kind.

From a rack or two over in a busy clothing section...

Wolf-cut girl: Oh, this is 45% percent off. How much is that?

Joan Jett Tee girl: You KNOW I don't do math in public.

About 3 other people nearby: chuckles

Lady with a very nice purse: Same, girl.

Wolf-cut girl: I never understood square roots, anyway.

Joan Jett tee: Maybe you shouldn't do math in public, either. Just scan it at self-checkout.

In a number of America’s Test Kitchen episodes and recipes they apply milk powder to meat to advance the Maillard reaction. Typically it’s thin cuts that would be ruined by over-grilling, much like SV temped meats.

Have any of you tried this on SV meats? I’m headed out on vacation and won’t have access to my sear-grill. Was thinking of trying the milk powder using the grill my dad is hauling to the cabin (we pretty much pack a full kitchen, it’s ridiculous).

Any tips/tricks you guys have would be appreciated.
