Basically: did they (publicly or not) disagree with the way the HRE elected and ran the imperial/electoral systems? If so: what did they think needed to change?

I haven't got a license yet (just an amazing bycicle to get around currently), but I'm interested in a motor cycle license in the Netherlands.

Current plan is theory lessons(road rules, how not to be an idiot/squid,etc etc) then a intro class and sign up for proper classes+exams if that goes well.

I'm getting mixed responses, friend is all for it, even my grandma hasn't protested much. But both my boss and neighbor think it's stupid to not "learn" in a car first. ( current and former rider respectively)
