I have googled this but I do not see a clear answer. Where do I go and how do I get the Umbral breastplate?

I am now lvl 46 and took my first foray into Hate. Are there any WIZ spells you found most effective in Hate? I have been in Sol B and Fire spells were continually resisted, which made sense.

Does Delaware allow plug-in solar panels? I think that is what they are called. You can set them up in your yard and does not require an entire roof array. I see more states are allowing them.

How do I get Romar Sunto to talk to me without being KOS?

I was told Hate is a good palce to go to farm gems for jewelry. Does that sound right? Can I (WIZ/ENC/CLR) get in there at lvl 40? My jewelry skill is currently 170. Somewhere else I can go?

What WIZ spells do you take to +10? I am lvl 32 and do not want to waste motes on a spell that will be repalced when I get to 50.

I am seeing conflicting responses on how to get the Ice Comet spell. I have all 10 rods. Some say craft a staff and hand Solgar the staff and a stone(?). Others say hand him all 10 rods and you get the spell. Really do not want to run around and collect rods again if I screw this up.

WIZ rain spells seem pretty good. Which do you use?

I am not sure I understand leveling. I have WIZ / ENC / CLR. When I lvl up don't they all lvl up? I have seen some posts about lvling your primary first, but I am not sure I understand.

I enjoy listening to relaxing and chill audio dramas before lights out at night. My current two (which I think are exceptional) Cold Shift and The Mnemosyne Audio Archives (says horror but not my impression). Any others you would recommend?
