49 yo male, having a difficult time wanting to go out and do things socially. My gf is 36 and likes going out, so I try to humor her. But besides going out for dinner or a concert, I don’t really enjoy leaving the house. Even going to the movies is starting to feel like a chore. I enjoy nothing more than just be cozy at home and watching a movie together or shows or listening to music. I don’t think it’s social anxiety, because I actually enjoy friends coming over too. But my gf gets anxious staying at home as she feels we’re not doing anything productive. My question to the community- is it an aging thing to enjoy staying in? How do you find the energy to find things to get excited

I just wanted to promote this show, as the promoter really seems to have dropped the ball on advertising this concert. In the interest of bringing more artists of all types to El Paso, I’m hoping I may inform someone who didn’t know about this show and maybe sell a few more tickets. I hope the turn-out is good, tell a friend!

I just wanted to gauge what other people are seeing in their lives. I ask because there seems to be more and more restaurants shutting down. Commercial real estate seems to sit unoccupied. Family homes sit unsold for longer periods of time. Having lived through a few recessions, this is starting to feel like one.

In my work, sales are down roughly 20-30%. It hasn’t been due to competitive activities- our customers simply don’t have much work, if any. Several employees have retired and we haven’t had to replace them because it has been slow and haven’t needed the help. We aren’t planning on hiring or expanding until business picks up.

Domestically, we haven’t bought anything besides

Sgt. Slaughter is appearing at El Paso Comicon in a month. I want to ask him to sign something. I was thinking the GIJoe dvd footlocker. Or should I do the Compendium box set? But it’s the Cobra version, so it wouldn’t make much sense. Or something else entirely?
