I have been playing ranked for a long time and i've been hovering platinum for the past 4 seasons. However, lately, it feels like it is impossible to climb anymore.

I'm really not trying to say that I deserve to be a higher rank than I am. I have been the same rank for quite a while. The points are just brutal, I am winning 18 points and losing 24.

I've been on a 6 game win streak, but it was all ERASED in 3 losses. I always complained about people remaking their accounts to abuse the system, but I slowly feel like I understand them. This just doesn't make me feel like playing on this account anymore. This has been the account I started on, back in season 10.

Hello! First of all, i'd like to thank all of you for helping me a few weeks back with navigating PC building and choosing some components.

I have currently upgraded my CPU from an i5 7500 to an i5 12400 and I changed my 1060 3 gb vram to a 6700 xt 12gb vram (I got lucky with a friend who had recently upgraded his pc). The difference is very noticeable.

Now, the I'd like to upgrade my ram, but the prices being what they are, i'm not sure if it's REALLY necessary. I have 16gb of ram (2x 8gb) with a speed of 2133 (i'm pretty sure) and a CL i don't know. My question is, is it worth it to upgrade to 32 gb (2x 16) with a speed of 3200? How big of a difference would it be for gaming?

Hello! I'm new to PC building and don't know too much, but i'm in desperate need of an upgrade. My current build is a 1060 3gb vram with an i5 7500, a corsair 550 W PSU, 16gb ddr4 ram.

I know that right now it's not the best time to build a PC with the part prices being what they are, but I think I could make a cpu/gpu upgrade and I was wondering if you could recommend any decent upgrades... or is my current build just too old and I should just build a new pc with slightly older parts?

As far as I have been able to tell, the name of the city Krat comes from the dutch word for "crate". However, I have been wondering for a while if the name could also be referring to the Estonian mythological creature Kratt.

The wiki describes the Kratt as: "A kratt was a creature formed from hay or of old household implements by its master, who then had to give the Devil three drops of blood to bring life to the kratt.

Disclaimer, I am referring to what i'm experiencing mostly in this post (as in, lower elo around gold-plat).

From the beginning of season 16, people seem to only try to abuse the Aegis of Valor system by locking in mid and top when they're jungle/support/adc mains. In 15 matches i've had so far, i'd always have at least 2 people on my team alone be first time on that lane (mainly top and mid). I guess they're unlucky since I'm a jungle main and I always play jungle. Even so, the system says that as a main player of a role that might get autofilled generally, you have a chance to receive the Aegis of Valor rewards too. So far, I have never received any points or have had any points saved.

Recently, HoMM3 doesn't work anymore on my pc. I open it through GOG and the following happens: Both my monitors go black for a few seconds and then the game minimizes itself. I haven't been able to find any solutions online. This happens mostly with HoMM3, but i've noticed it happening with other games too.

I'm sick of people in lower ranks first timing champs in ranked because they either got stomped by that champ or they saw some streamer/content creator upload an epic kill montage with that champ.

Ever since we can't see who our team mates are, you can't have any certainty that they have any experience on the champ they hover. This is made even worse when you get people on your team who decide to play very obscure picks such as Urgot jungle or Swain jungle (all which have actually happened to me) only to then see that they have never played the champs at all and proceed to fail miserably.
