I recently paid for Private Testing on the Tester's Community app. After 14 days, however, I applied for production access and Google rejected me because "testers were not engaged enough".
Since Private Testing was specifically advertised with "Production Access Guarantee", I tried contacting Tester's Community for an explanation or for new instructions. The support page on the app pointed me to the "testerscommunity@gmail.com" email address, but as I sent an email, the delivery subsystem said it did not exist.
What's worse is that Google Analytics indeed showed that while my app was downloaded, it got no actual engagement at all. So I paid for private testing and they didn't actually use
