Is there anywhere that isnt 8 miles out on lake erie to catch walleyes. I have my 16 ft aluminum but I just dont trust going out that far. Really wish I had got something bigger, were close to Port Glasgow and Rondeau aint far.

Whats the most full proof way that is portable that I can buy from amazon for connecting from my laptop to a plc so that I can never have to plug an ethernet cable in.

Im messing with a lot more IO so I need like to not need the physical plug in.

Just what the title says, they can't even use QuickAssist on their laptops, is there anyway that is simple straightforward with minimal hardware/software?

I'm trying to learn things here but am getting misled a little bit.

I want to do a simple background logic code that tells me when the robot has been jogged, its just for learning not applying to any real life thing. Googling seems to show that the following is how you do it. "DO[30]=$MOR_GRP[1].$jogged"

But this line gives an error of parameter not found.

I was just playing around cause I thought I might want to know what USER frame the robot is in eventually so I could do some IF/THEN/ELSE.

Anybody clue me in? Is it to do with firmware or software? I'm using roboguide 9 to play around with.

My second job in Controls I worked in the USA for 4 years, got paid a lot and got to work on almost all GM, Ford, Chrysler stuff.

Is it possible for a Canadian to work in Controls in the USA these days? Particularly Detroit or Port Huron?

Is there a way to find employers that might be hiring from Canada? Way back companies were badly needing to hire but that was back in early 2000s.

I am hardstuck Iron 4. I've played this game an embarassing long time and usually hovered around B1/S4 as a support main. I got sick of not having enough gold to buy items that could help win so I switched to Jungle.

What other former Iron junglers did to get out of Iron?

Was it one thing or several things?

I don't have the skills, to run up huge K/D/As that better players do, so just wondering wtf I should be doing to fill my role to help my team?

If I'm Iron and 2 lanes are dead, like they are so new or far behind they are useless, what can I do to get us a victory?

Just wanted to say props to this subbreddit, I know its the internet, but I never miss coming here every day for

Does anyone here have any input regarding using a Siemens PLC with SEW servomotors or Beckhoff servomotors?

My colleague is in Europe and he says we should never use Siemens Drives/Motors if the customer specifies they want a Siemens PLC.

All of our experience is Beckhoff with Beckhoff drives/motors and it works quite well.

I did work with SEW stuff way back at a BMW plant, they seem pretty decent but I didn't really have to dig into the workings of it because it was all kind of already figured out.

My other thought was maybe a Beckhoff control for the beckhoff drives/motors that talks to the Siemens PLC which runs the whole show and just tells the Beckhoff what to do and the Bec

Don't waste your time reporting cheaters, scripters, etc. Riot has it handled with an automatic system.

Between making skins for $500 dollars RIOT has implemented programming that has eliminated scripting and bots from the game. I will report back in 7 days on how RIOT automatic system has eliminated 2 botted accounts I tried to report so that all in this sub can be assured RIOT IS DOING THEIR PART!

Hello, not sure if anybody here can help.

A computer, not hooked up to internet. Has SQL 2014 Database on it. Windows 7 Professional, yes I know support of it has run out, just hoping for thoughts/tips/tricks.

It causes a problem because the connection string to the SQL Database becomes incorrect because of the wrong computer name and connection to a panel PC gets messed up also. Panel PC is just a interface to operate a machine, it just reads and shows values from the main computer.

there is the Windows System Log event #6011 has occured 10 times in last 2 months.

I have googled trying to find a way to investigate what triggers the name change, but it's either things I can

I am not an SQL pro, I know enough to deploy it the same way everytime. We almost use it as a glorified excel.

Our application started throwing SQL errors.

Somehow the DATA SOURCE= in the application no longer matched the name of the computer. The computer name was changed. I went into event viewer, I found 2 events in security, 1 had the proper name and the next had the new name.

This sounds stupid, obviously, but is there ANY WAY in WIndows the computer name could be changed easily and without a person even really realizing they did it OR is there any way a new name got generated somehow?
