Our alliance The Order of the Pixel is expanding to a second alliance and is recruiting active members. Having to earn commendations and rely on other people to get guardian ranks tiers completed sucks. The commendation system in general has major flaws but the most glaring one to me is that players are forced to engage with the system. It should always be 100% optional. The score is completely meaningless but even more so when people are doing it for some arbitrary reason.

Simply flipping all commendation score requirements from receive x score to give x commendations would alleviate that. People would be free to give them out or not, and it wouldn’t block progress when 90% of the community doesn’t give them out anymore.

There is absolutely no excuse why post game stat screens for every single pvp mode do not include k/d and k/d/a.

I understand that a bunch of game modes don’t want focus to be only about kills as there are objectives etc but there is no circumstance where I don’t also want to see my personal performance stats specifically related to kills etc. It can be in a second screen. It can be deprioritized behind other important stats. But I should never have to go to a third party site to see these stats for an individual game.

A larger discussion could be had about how awful most stat screens are. And how inconsistent they are from one game mode to another. But just show me my kd and kda on all g

In the announcement for spotlight caches they talked about knowing basically 6 weeks out what would be in them. Did they indicate when they would announce the initial caches? Knowing what is in the first few would probably help a lot of people decide to save or not save caches now.

I’ve been having an issue where I will play a conquest game and then check my season pass xp. If I then close the game and reopen I lose some xp. It was only noticeable because I had just rolled over after a game but every time I clicked the reward it said something went wrong. I would reboot the game and suddenly I was a level down on xp and had not earned the reward yet.

I started checking after every single conquest game and it seems like games that go longer than 2 matches would show me at say level 19 season pass 410 xp. But after rebooting I would drop to level 19 370 xp.

I can’t tell yet if I am actually losing xp or if it is just showing the wrong amount of season pass xp after c

I’m not advocating for or against adding them but the fact that someone can be rank 11 and have done exactly 0 of these two activities after hitting 6, even though they are considered core playlists, tells me all I need to know about how bungie views those activities. Guardian ranks really just tells me if you play a lot of PvE and thats about it.

Edit: To clarify a little I am a destiny Completionist. I do everything. I have every title and every possible gilded title every season. I do tons of PvE. I also do PvP and even though it outs me as a crazy person I also play a good amount of Gambit. I’m one of the depraved few who has the reckoner title. I say all this not to brag but to call ou
