Now I am wondering if an increase in concerta dosage 2 months ago caused my tinnitus or are also one of the reasons for my spikes throughout the day.

It is a stimulant drug and I went from 36 mg to 54 mg and it seems like my issues started about 4 days after the dosage was increased. I didn’t notice any issues with 36 mg other than I didn’t get a ton of benefit from it. I am getting some benefit from the 54 mg, but not sure if this caused my tinnitus or is contributing to my spikes.

I was diagnosed with mild sensorineural hearing loss so I am all confused now. This tinnitus stuff is getting hard on my nerves, but I am trying to stay positive as best as I can.

Any thoughts?

My Tinnitus has flared up significantly the last 3 days, but now I'm wondering why my tinnitus is manageable or very less noticeable when I wake up (low noise / ringing), but returns about an hour after I wake up.
Also when I plug my nose and blow gently, my right ear pops out, but my left ear drum doesn't move at all. Could this be the result of my tinnitus or could this actually be causing my tinnitus?
I've tired everything to relieve my ringing , but all the advice on the internet is a short term fix like the tapping my head etc. Noise goes away for maybe 30-45 secs and then returns.

This is so awesome to hear but sad because if the shortage of housing EVERYWHERE in Canada.

We need to put the brakes on bringing in immigrants and international students. There’s just nowhere foe these people to live. I voted Liberal my whole life, but I need to re-evaluate now based on the abysmal job JT and the Libs have done.
