What's up?! You asked if you could shoot me with your il toro for daily credits or something while we were in Buried City the other night. I let you shoot me and revive me a couple times and when we parted ways, you said "go birds!".

Naturally, I responded with a groan and a "go 9ers" knowing that you were probably not going to take it well. You didn't and decided to finish me off when i had no health or shields. Needless to say, the 49ers won, and we're taking the good guy karma through the rest of the playoffs!

We play the standard "sim" rules that float around most leagues but mostly operate under the mantra of "don't be a dick"

We're on discord and advance is every 48 hours. If you're interested in joining, let me know we have plenty of room for you and your whole fam. DM me for more information or an invite!

FYI, APIL stands for the Al Player Invitational League.

Hello Keto Fam,

Please excuse my ignorance. My wife has started following the Keto diet and trying to go full Keto. She is very excited about it (and because of that so am I)! Her intention is to follow it as a weight loss tool. I want to be as supportive as I can be, however, I am not trying to lose weight. So, I am following it with her about 80% of the time while she has fully adopted the diet herself.

My question is about "half assing" the diet, are there any consequences to doing so? Logically, it seems like cutting down on the carbs and sugars would be beneficial regardless of whether it is entirely. My wife is concerned that not going full Keto could be worse than not going Keto at
