A family friend asked if I could shoot their child's confirmation. Normally they wouldn't get a photographer for the event. But they want better quality photos. The twist is not just one person who wants me to shoot for them. Rather the whole group of five to ten parents. They are offering me monetary compensation. I have photographed at four weddings and a few church events just for my enjoyment. My results have been mixed and I have missed great shots. So I am a little apprehensive about accepting. Is there anything I should know about shooting in this situation?
