Hello all!

First time posting here, wanted your advice on upgrading from an ATH-M50X to a flat-response set of headphones.

Not to mention, my M50X are having an internal hardware issue (single-sided audio fixed by shaking the headphones maybe once or twice a day) so I feel like it's time to explore other options, especially ones for mixing/mastering/picking out details.

Here's the suggested form from the sidebar lol.

Budget - ~$150. I would like to stay at or under this if possible, but might be willing to go to $200 at the absolute most.

Source/Amp - A smartphone/my PC, so for me amps/DACs aren't a concern.

How the gear will be used:

Hey everyone!

I was very unprepared for the jam this weekend, but it did get me started with working in 3D in Godot 3, so it wasn't a waste I think. The barebones project I ended up making is now open source and available! Feel free to use the assets and tiny script located therein.

At some point I'll flesh it out into a full game; I meant for it to be a sort of puzzle game where the goal is to make a cooled-lava bridge for an intrepid explorer to cross, into an ever-confusing ruin. I mean hey, if you want to make that game here's the base haha!

Check it out here: https://github.com/enmodgames/lava-crossing

Hello everyone!

I've gotten REALLY excited about Godot ever since I firstheard about it. Recently I've finally dived into learning how to use it, and it's been a blast! After going through tutorials by GameFromScratch I felt confident enough to actually make a game with it. The result is my intended entry into CFN Game Jam: School Years!

If you've played any of the WarioWare, Inc. games you'll immediately notice a resemblance; those games were a heavy inspiration for the frantic feel I was going for. If you haven't, prepare for fast-paced minigames and jazzy transition music!

I enjoyed using Godot so much it's now my preferred engine for all future projects. I've lurked here for a whi

Hey, I've had this phone since the Project Fi deal and now it's acting...strange.

For the first time I had a camera disconnect on Pure Nexus, something I know isn't common. The camera feed in the app (Google Camera) began to run at slower and slower fps from launch until it disconnected. Didn't have a problem after so it may have been a fluke, but it's just never happened on this ROM. Could just be the ROM I guess, but all this recent bootloop talk has made me paranoid.

Also, in Maps the map is displaying choppy when it turns for the first time since I got the phone. Again, could be something like thermal throttle or similar and not bootloop warning. I'm tempted to get something else

I was playing the Daily Realm, switched out to answer a Facebook message, then switched back into Siralim...only to be met with a black screen. I had only one more enemy to kill for the clear, too ;_; this black screen thing has happened more often than I'd like, and I haven't completed any Daily Realms because of it.

Any idea what the deal is?

First off, I am REALLY loving the game, having played many many hours of the game's inspiration, the Dragon Quest Monsters series. I started my first Siralim file with randomization on since it sounded like a cool idea, but this led to a jumbled mess of options and progression, at least to me.

After 9 hours I just started a new file, no Advanced options aside from default. I could see the starters in my first tier, and I started off in the Heaven realm (or whatever it's called? Need to look it up again), and the first tier is very basic and noob friendly, as intended I'm sure.

That said, what's the endgame or goal for progression in Siralim? I know the premise is your father passed

Hey, was just curious as to what games (FM or no) everyone is playing. I saw another user playing FM3, I'm currently in Daukandei in FM2, just barely starting!

I was half-expecting this sub to be brimming with fans of the series...I've only played 4/5 and completed 4 myself, but I've been mesmerized by the sheer vastness of the games' universe, spanning books, manga, radio dramas, etc. It's disappointing that I can't understand 70% of the franchise since I know no Japanese, but I will be playing the series from the start in time, to get a deeper appreciation for it.

I know I'm not the only fan (there are others here already lol) who's as enthralled as I am about this series, so I wonder: Where's everyone?
