deciding on some wheel upgrades! damaged my bora wto’s.

was looking between the 3 wheelsets mentioned above. super dilemma, locally, i can get a pair of used C60 (mileage approx 1200km) for $1000 but the weight of the elitewheels and CRW are calling to me. any recommendations on this?

Am heading to London, then Belgium to Switzerland then Italy for about a month. Are watches cheaper in these regions? Or are there any specific watch brands i should be looking out for, or any banger watch shops in these places? Was looking to get a watch from these areas. Thanks!
