And if so, does anyone know if Hamish Sinclair is aware?

Does anyone have recommendations for places that can do repairs on a 2016 Chevy Volt in Houston, Texas? Or the south-west side of the greater Houston area, or even a bit further? I am willing to go a bit further for a recommended location.

Dealership, or non-dealership locations.

A glance at some of the Yelp reviews of the dealerships closest to me has be a tad concerned. But I think firsthand experiences from Volt owners in the area would be more valuable than such reviews.

Looks like there’s a bug on PS5 (version 1.0.1 build SeasonTwo 202111102-92140) that can cause you to lose part of your save data. Specifically, perk config, weapon configs, emote configs, head/armor loadout, etc.

Before this occurred there were notifications that looked like the game had new DLC content added (even though I’ve seen it before).

Edit: Also looks like I can no longer change the consumable equip items from the 2 that were there by default because it claims they’re “equipped in another slot” which isn’t actually true. So my consumables are no longer changeable. And my electroshock turrets are all gone anyway, despite having a bunch stockpiled.

I'm not sure if there's a name for this kind of transformation, what's the best way to transform this…

So I had a custom Lua function for Weak Auras that I'd use to send a chat message to a custom channel. But after the latest patch, this stopped working.

I also noticed that if you don't use any custom Lua functions in Weak Auras, and instead just setup a regular WA trigger that has an action of sending a message to a custom channel, Weak Auras has an error and it similarly fails to print anything in the custom channel. So I figured this was a Weak Aura bug.

So I took a stab at making my own stand-alone addon for the first time. I've got BugGrabber/Sack installed and it still seems to be complaining about calling SendChatMessage(). This is only a problem when sending a message to cust

It's the only source I've seen claim this, which seems suspicious to me. Is this actually true?

So I've got a Razer Core X eGPU case and a Radeon RX 580 for my Macbook Pro. Or at least what's supposed to be an RX 580.

It appears to work, and greatly improved frames rates.

But macOS keeps identifying it as a Radeon RX 470. Both in the eGPU disconnection menubar and in system profiler. It also reports 4 GB VRAM when it ought to be 8 GB.

To further add to the confusion a sticker near the GPU's pins says “RX 570”.

How concerned should I be that I was delivered the wrong card? Or is this simply just macOS identifying it incorrectly? And if it's the latter, does that affect performance?

PS: The card wasn't delivered in any Radeon packaging, just a static bag in a padd

Why are the Reddit app's Share-links now being formatted to go straight to the app?

For example what ought to be…

And of course it doesn't show you any image preview when such a link is texted from one person to another. At least not in iOS messages.

My best guess is that this is an underhanded ploy to try and coerce Reddit users to use the official app rather than 3rd party apps or the mobile site.

When you click such app links from iMessage iOS doesn't challenge it and ask “would you like to open this in the app or Safari?”. It just directly goes to

It's impossible to select text in the field showing the parent's comment. This makes it impossible to selectively quote the person you're replying to.

The only alternative is to exist the comment reply UI, and select the menu option to copy and paste their entire comment. Then edit it.

And that's incredibly annoying if you're trying to reply to a small part of a very long comment.

PS: Single-tap should collapse a comment and it's children (not parent comments too). Holy crap that change was dumb. The most frequently used collapse should be the easiest. I shouldn't need to double-tap comment headers to collapse them like I used to.
