Trying to save a tune and have it edited but when I plug it into my car it won't read ecu. Thought it might be the cable but I plugged it into my titan and it read up right away. My obd scanner reads ecu on 350z also. Not sure what the problem could be?

Uprev connects to titan but won't connect to my 350z

Recently got my engine built by a shop. Wiseco pistons, race bearings , eagle rods. After running for about 3k miles I did the first oil change and noticed all this silver sitting in the bottom of the drain pan. Should I be concerned? I reached out to the shop and they told me it was a normal amount for a break in. Thoughts?

I installed a relay in my 05 350z for an upgraded fuel pump and I wired it in backwards and I'm pretty sure I shorted my ground for the fuel temp and level sensor. I am just trying to figure out how I can track down where it goes or run a new wire. From the diagram I looked at it says to ecu and i searched my service manual and i cannot find this wire. I'm also not the most electrically inclined either. I replaced the fuel level sensor and rewired the ground from the level/temp sensors to the plug. I tested the power to body ground and i got 10v. When I tested the power from fuel level sensor to the combo ground wire i got nothing. So I'm sure it's got to be a short somewhere off the combo g

Installed fuel pump relay wrong now my fuel guage won't work.

I recently upgraded my fuel pump and at the same time wired up the fuel level sensor and ground wrong. I got everything rewired perfect but I lost my fuel guage. I tested the fuel guage and it was fine. I tested the voltage to the sensor and it was at 9v , i tested the secondary sensor on the drivers side and it read 12v. Now I believe I shorted something somewhere but I cannot find where. I replaced the fuel level sensor also and it kept the same reading. I'm getting these codes currently. Anyone got any ideas on how to track this down and fix it? If I need to recheck voltages let me know cause I'm more mechanically inclined than electrically.

Fuel pump guage not working

Put a built engine in the car and I have had issues with it since. I'm getting this error now after I swapped to a walbro 450 and put in a relay to the pump off the battery. I'm not worried about the fuel pump codes as I'm sure it's just a wire that the broke off the solder joint on the pump assembly. I just want to know if those codes would cause a PCM error or if mine is just shot?
