It's back

looking for support

Hello. So, I was feeling great, almost as if I was normal... until.. I figured out im having difficulties swallowing saliva or anything. I have that weird sensation, it is on the left side of my neck, where the Adam apple is, exactly where I can feel my left arterie. Whenever I swallow, it feels like that part of my neck somehow squishes from the inside. I really dont know how to put it. I'm certain that there is an issue with my left artherie in the neck and that it will snap because I can feel pain whenever I swallow ( exactly where my left arterie is)

Different sounds

advice • support

I have 3 different sounds. One in my left ear ( most resent one, sounds like code like ...___..._not very loud), The one in my right ear ( most aggressive one, lots of spikes, not always loud ) and the one in my head, constant and present ( I'm mostly used to it). I can change the tone of the one in my head ( pressing my head or chin) but I cant change other two.

Sorry for my bad English in advance. Does anyone have that weird tinnitus where, if I move my jaw to the right, the noise is different( different tone). Same goes for the left side. I mostly hear my tinnitus in my right ear and head, if that makes sense. So, any jaw movement ( like pushing, not basic chewing) will drastically change tinnitus tone. Idk what is that supposed to mean but.. I hope I'm not the only one.

In the middle of a panic attack. I know this is seriously wild and dumb but I cant help myself. I'm feeling weird hot feeling where is my main arterie in neck and I'm panicking because I'm almost sure it's broken or snapped. I know how wild this sounds but help me please. Is that even possible? I'm touching it excessively to check my puls and im sure I somehow damaged it...

Or at least, that's is what I think it is. I always had that silent sound in my ears but since last night it started so loud out of nowhere that pushed me into a panic attack and crying. It's so loud and sometimes makes me feel like I have a dizziness. Please help... did anyone of you had issues like this? Its driving me crazy and Idk what to do? It's very loud, i can hear it no matter other sounds around me.
