I just paid off Klarna after almost 5 years. Will they ever give me another chance of approval?

Hi. Is Ot taxed? I’m looking at my check for this next pay day and I worked at least 10 hours of OT but see only 3.8 hours worked. Is that normal? I was looking forward to a nice check but so disappointed to see that all my OT is not even present on my check? I reached out to HR but wanted to know has anyone else experienced this

What does an early quit mean? I left work early and supervisor said it will be an early quit.

Who else has the hmo plan with Cigna? I made an appt with an obgyn and they told me my out of pocket responsibility is $792. Will be my first time using this insurance with this company. My last job I had hmo but my visits for specialists were $65 copay and for regular visits $35. This is probably the worst insurance I’ve had. Looking like I have to switch to ppo or opt out of this insurance. This is unbelievable

I just started in Claims 2 weeks ago and I heard about the gainshare, I guess I wasn’t clear on it. Is it for all employees whether they just started or you have to be there a year to get this incentive? My understanding is that employees get it in December but not sure it’s everyone or just the ones who have been there a year or more.
