Love this sub and appreciate the time people put into giving thoughtful advice. One of the reasons I’m posting is that it’s hard to know who to trust with financial advice these days when so many people seem to have something to sell.

I’m 46 and only recently started taking my financial future more seriously. I was pretty relaxed about it when I was younger. I haven’t made terrible decisions, but I definitely haven’t optimised.

Current position:
• Household income: ~$330k (stable careers)
• One child (10)
• PPOR: ~$1.3m
• Mortgage: ~$500k
• Shares: ~$30k
• Super: ~$600k me / ~$300k wife
• Car owned outright
• No other debts

I usually play on a private server since public lobbies have been nearly empty of animals for me. I’ve bought almost everything, maxed most roles I care about, and I’m sitting on plenty of gold, cash, and capitale. Still enjoy the game, just getting a bit bored running solo.

If any newer players want help levelling up, especially with hunting or Trader, I’m happy to jump in. I’ll hunt with you, drop off carcasses, help with resupplies/deliveries, whatever helps you progress.

Would be great to find a regular co-op crew.

I’m sure I’ll get some strange feedback as it so popular but I couldn’t get into Lonesome Dove at all. But enough about that I’m looking for a Clint Eastwood, Tombstone, Deadwood type western if anyone knows anything good?
