I have recently gone down the rabbit hole on Mooney speed mods, but I’ve come to a dead end.

Does anyone know what happened to the partnership between AGL Aviation and GDS Aero to produce a cowling STC for older Mooney models? I can find forum posts from 2018-2019 discussing how close they were to manufacturing the cowlings, but then nothing. I can only assume the venture didn’t pan out, but does anyone know why?

Is joining a Naval Reserve squadron at all similar to joining an Air National Guard squadron? All my searches so far have come up with tons of info on ANG and very little on Navy reserve. I’m a couple years from deciding between them, or even if I’d want to join at all, but I’d like to squeeze the wise minds of Reddit for as much info as possible.

There is a crew next door preparing to cut down a very old Western Red Cedar. This is on my neighbors property, is there anything I can do to stop them?

Is there anyone I can call? I checked my local government website and I’m struggling to find pertinent information.

I feel empowered. God just turned on challenge mode, and here I am crushing it. I get an adrenaline spike, not being able to see properly. I really love it when a line of trees obstructs the sun in such a way that I’m blinded by several flashes per second. I feel like the controlled chaos of driving is turned up to eleven, it’s almost orgasmic.
