i have ordered a lot from Turner motorsport in the past for my f87 m2c and my e70 x5 35d but never had many issues until now. I ordered a whole slew of parts for my e70 x5 including a new valve cover, turbo oil lines, banjo bolts, vacuum lines, etc and it was supposed to ship out on the 30th of last month and arrive around the 2nd of april. well now the ship date has been pushed back 3 TIMES and its getting on my nerves, the current "expected ship date" is the 16th... these are all parts I need to make the car functional and I move on the 30th so they kinda screwed me over here. Im curious if others have been in a similar predicament with turner motorsport?

Hello, ive been in the process of buying a new home (and first home) and yesterday was the inspection day and it could of gone better. I feel like I might have been numbed a bit to inspection disasters due to always being on this sub but ill let you guys hear it and see what you think. After finishing up the exterior inspection we went inside and thats were we saw small puddles of water on the floor that were not there the last time I checked out the house. We examined the area a bit and assumed it was the hvac condensation drain tube not being properly placed in the merger pipe cause it to splash out. I beleive ive posted here before. March of last year I lost my mom to a terrible neurological condition. Ive been doing well since in terms of work and finnacials but in every other way I have not been doing well. And approaching the one year mark ive been noticing a lot more issues. Stock has a super high borrow rate (925.25%) and the volume is currently 370 million over what the average is. Also earlier this month it was at a little over 2 dollars and now its at .07 and on the rise. Have any of you noticed this one this morning?
