I need to replace my drivers door, on a 2009 Skoda Octavia so nothing too funky, and I've a perfect condition used one from a breaker. Part of the replacement would also be swapping over the internal door panel + electric wing mirror + lock (glass is there and perfect and all of the other door internals (window regulator, speaker etc.).

I'm unsure though on who I should be getting to swap the door over.

Do I go with a good garage / possibly a VW or German specialist, or would it be a bodyshop?

I'm almost 54 and two months ago started training again, I haven't properly trained since my late teens / early 20's (I stopped when someone I trained with started taking anabolic steroids), and I'm loving it. However, on my last push day I think I went too heavy on cable triceps pushdowns and I've aggravated an elbow and the tennis elbow I had around three years ago has now returned :( (but not as bad as it was then)

My triceps used to respond well to pushdowns, using quite a heavy weight, but maybe now I'm older I should be more careful? Also as I have limited time in the week I do 2x push and 2x pull days, but with the elbow I'm going to wait seven days before a push day again.

I've sta

In case anyone is interested the GATE Titan II Bluetooth cannot program on the fly the Solink V5 Brushless Motor, it does not see it as a GATE G5 Smart Motor.

GATE must have custom firmware on the controller of the V5 that they resell as the G5 Smart Motor :(

(Which I'm fine with as I bought the Solink v5 and Programming Card assuming that the GATE Titan II Bluetooth would just treat it as a standard brushless motor, but thought I'd make this public knowledge for others)

I'll admit that I'm quite strict with folder naming conventions on mapped drives / shared folders / SharePoint etc., "form follows function" and all that, so I'm one for folders in a root being named by business department or function. However, you end up with the odd folders that should not be in the root but still need structure.

As an example I need to create a parent folder for more un-business things like "Sport & Social Club", photos of staff parties, and similar events.

I'm having a mental block trying to think of a sensible name for a root folder to contain them all, any suggestions? ("General" and "Miscellaneous" seem like they'd just get filled up with junk and have no real m

Other than this...

... does anyone know that the hell is going on with them?

As they state "Please rest assured that this is not due to a security breach or unauthorized access" should we then assume that they've screwed up and this is their fault?

Are we actually going to be able to use use our paid for servers at all this weekend?

I want to refine some policies and profiles with a focus on web browsing and DNS, and to start the testing I've created a policy against a single internal IP address as the source. All Security Profiles are disabled other than SSL Inspection as I have to choose something here (so this is set to what I'm assuming is a default / out of the box "no-inspection" profile). The policy is also the top one by sequence.

I note though that quite a few websites are still being blocked and are having their cert as the "Fortiguard SDNS Blocked Page", and web browser caches have also been cleared.

I may be missing something obvious, or it's a timing thing, however a few days have passed now since introdu

A question here for the TAC-41 players.

I believe that the stock bucking in the TAC-41's is a 60 degree, however I've a feeling this may be a little too soft when using genuinely heavy BB's. I've not yet had a game with my new TAC-41 P in the UK, where I'll be using 0.48g BB's (with a 100nm spring and a few spacers to hit close to 2.3 joules), however I've a feeling that a harder bucking would be better (probably 70 degree with 80 being a little too hard).

For those shooting with 0.48 / 0.50 BB's what degree bucking are you using?

Is my assumption correct in that the only cars that match the criteria are the recent VW Polo GTI and Audi A1 S1 with the 2.0 petrol engine?

I don't think there are any other Audi / Seat / Skoda / VW small hatchbacks that have a wet clutch DSG?

(I ask as my wife wants to swap her car in the summer and would prefer a Polo sized car that's VW derived, but it looks like it will probably have to be another manufacturer and have a torque converter auto box (for medical reasons she can't use a clutch successfully))
