Hello all, I've always see the two phrases used, but I can't seem to yield any search results that explains what each means individually. I'm under the impression that the phrasing is determined by percentage chance for severe weather, but I of course don't know which one would sway towards more or less likely.
I could totally be wrong, also, and am misunderstanding the differences in the phrases altogether. Does anyone have any insight as to what today's "A few storms may be severe" means when compared to tomorrows "potential for sever thunderstorms?"
Thanks!!
I wonder if they’ll call him Bobby Joe, or Brantley Jelp-Jep
