Just curious. Is it harder to recruit? Did departments get rid of profs who had retired in place when they were tenured? Was there an exodus of good profs?

My 2021 ID4 is in for the updates, and Weds they charged it to 100% (according to the app). It's been at 100% ever since. According to the manual, this is no good for battery life.

Did they screw up, or is this a necessary part of the update?
