29M here. I’m about to start a conversation with a girl, but I’m not sure how to approach the first text. We’re in different cities, and I feel like it would be much easier and less awkward if this were face-to-face.

Our families have already matched our kundalis and everything is compatible, so there’s some expectation to move things forward. But I’m still unsure how to break the ice naturally.

Any advice on how to start the conversation without it feeling forced or awkward?

Thanks!

My family has been helping me meet potential partners, and I’ve been asked to speak with a few women to see if things might work out. But honestly, the very first text feels nerve wracking every single time.

That opening message feels so important, and I never know how to phrase it. I don’t want to sound too formal , but I also don’t want to come across as overly casual or careless either.

For those of you who’ve been in a similar situation, how do/did you start that first conversation? Any tips that helped make that initial message feel less stressful and more natural?

I ordered some items from Target through DoorDash to take advantage of a DoorDash deal. However, one item isn’t compatible, so I need to return it. How does the return process work? Will returning the item void the deal?

PS: I’ve already received an email saying my 41X miles are on the way.

I’ve recently started working as a contractor for a foreign company that does not have any office or presence in Nepal. My expected annual income will be over NPR 50 Lakhs. I receive money in my personal bank account.

From what I’ve read online, it seems banks in Nepal automatically deduct 5% TDS when foreign currency is remitted. But I’m still confused about a few things:

Do I still need to file income tax with IRD separately, or is the 5% TDS enough?

If I need to file, how does the process work for foreign-sourced self-employment/contractor income?

Will it be difficult to obtain a tax clearance certificate later?

Are there any special forms or documents I need to keep to prove this
