So every night I listen to binaural beats and guided meditations that supposedly promote lucid dreaming. I have lucid dreams all the time but they’re nothing like what happened to me last night. I woke up at about 6 am to go to the bathroom and when I fell back asleep I did it on my back which is something I almost never do because as a kid I was told I would have bad dreams when I slept on my back and I’ve never been able to shake that and it always happens but that’s a whole different story.
