Game says I have 7k in temporary national expenses for construction, I am not building a single thing, is this a part of the game? I dont know why something temporary would last when I stop construction, I even tried pausing construction goods in the budget menu but after waiting nothing happened, I am really confused rn. I play modded so that might be it, dont know what mod would cause it though because I have nothing that messes with the economy.

Was messing around in Afghanistan because every play through I see war happening in that area 24/7. Sure enough I got declared war on, won the war, and got an event pop up for this. I dont know what it is but I won another war and I got another one, this time its smiling. Not a game breaking bug and I have no idea if its a mod because Ive never seen this before (I still only have 16 hours but eitherway), thought I would share this because I found it funny and I was wondering if anyone else has seen this.
