I got an in game map for the Witches Festival. The problem was by the time I navigated the UI I couldn't remember where the little x's were suppose to be.

So I used Steam's screenshot function remapping the file location to my google drive folder in a screenshot folder. Now when I save a screenshot it pops up in my drive, where I rename it, can comment on it, etc using text to speech. I can also search the files using speech.

Now when I think I might be in a hidden treasure possible location I can hold my phablet (phone tablet) up to my computer screen.

Just thought this might help out anyone else that doesn't have a perfect eidetic memory.

Anothner useful thing is marking down where cor

I can't make a new account on the STEP forum.

The following errors were found:

The security code you supplied did not match the one displayed, a new code has been generated, please try again

Can someone re-host or send me this file that has access to the step forum? Or at least let the STEP forum know their registration form is broken?

It's the "Exeter Type 3 Armor Fix".

It's got text to speech and log debugging so you don't need X3 to see what's going on.

This is my first script so I'm not sure if I'm doing everything wrong or not, but it seems to work.

Can anyone see any places for obvious improvement? Like would loops help? And what's a loop? I just started today and have nearly no coding skills.

Thank you.

TL;DR: I'm playing around Voice Attack and am making a script to engage SETA and need some help.

In your own words if you had an very primitive AI computer in the cockpit how would you speak to it to order SETA on and off? The more details the better. Including phonetic pronunciation.

I don't know how other people say "SETA". Does anyone say S. E. T. A. like how you say three letter agencies. Or does everyone say something phonetically like see-tah?

Some of the features I have worked out is a script that assigns a value "SETAOn" or "SETAOf" depending on what you first order it to do.

If you say "toggle time compression" it just hit's the "j" key.

If you say "turn on

There seems to be interest in a mega mod people can play right now.

This may or may not work for you. I'm on 1.0.2 Gog version, so YMMV.

There will likely be bugs, some game breaking, this mod mostly focuses on the early game right now, and still has more than a few "to do"s left to do.

Basic idea is to make the early game quite brutal, the goal is to survive until the first story mission if you can.

This is for experienced modders only.

This mod pack is designed around Alektos Experimental Stuff mod, that adds a whole plethora of features to make light and scout mechs more effective and fun to play.

It's highly suggested you start the game once between each mod install just in cas

Long story, but possibly interesting if you bear with me.

So I have been playing this open source scifi video game. A top down combat and economy simulator. AKA "wooden ships and iron men"/"Pirates of the Caribbean" in space.

Reading the links isn't necessary, I just think it's a fun game and most things are text files so it's crazy easy to mod, so I put them there in case anyone is interested.

So large sections of the lore are still wide open for modders to submit for "vanilla" inclusion, the developer isn't hugely picky.

A little background since things are still so rough, the general "f
