Its so hard to play this role all the time. Trying to avoid conversations, smile and nod while they go on about some nonsense conspiracy theory, and everything else that goes along with it.
I just try to keep my head down and not say anything, but sometimes it is so hard I have to just walk away. I'm not a kid or anything so I can always just go home or make up some excuse to not go a family function, but it seems like every conversation has something to do with the vaccine, or protests, or whatever else is happening at that moment.
I just want a normal conversation with them. Everyone is entitles to their beliefs and their political stance, but can we talk about a good movie or something
