Getting too excited

I was wondering about that 787 ETOPS test https://www.flightradar24.com/blog/flight-tracking-news/special-aircraft-tracking/boeing-uses-a-787-to-draw-a-787-dreamliner-during-etops-test/
Is there a route it followed, or did they get vectored by ATC (which I doubt for the test). Because if there is a route, I think it could be cool to recreate it on the simulator. Anything appreciated!

Hello! Does anyone have a good and accurate simbrief profile for the Cows DA40 XLS? I can't seem to find one. Thanks!
