Hey guys, I increased from 150 to 200 mg, my psychiatrist advised me to do so. Im on 7th day of that increased dosage and not feeling quite well. It was better before i increased. Ive been told there will be a temporary worsement.

How long did it last for you when you increased the dose? Im getting desperate.

Hello, i am on the 6th week -150 mg for depression, anxiety , panic disorder.

After 3 weeks my depressive symptoms significantly decreased. Later on anxiety also but just gradually, but overall i felt better.

Now for 5 days i feel horrible again, every day its getting worse.

Is it just a setback, will it pass? Did anyone have the same experience?

Im really devastated , bc i was way better than this

Is it just me or anyone else has this issue? Basically it doesnt matter if i eat or not, food is not influencing my pain to any direction.

After 3 painful weeks , i finally had 2 consecutive day, almost asymptomatic. Today its horrible again. Did anyone else experienced this setbacks? Should i still hope it will pass? wishing a speedy recovery for everyone!

57 yo F , not directly my patient, since i am not and oncologist myself, she is a family friend and she use to come to me for medical advice.

She has a high grade serous endometrial cc, for now metastasized to the retroperitoneum. She wants to heal but refuses to go to any healthcare professional. She claims she can be cured by alternative methods, and cannot be convinced otherwise.

I really want to help her, but i dont know how at this point. Thank you so much
