I understand that if a card with suspend has it's last time counter removed during your upkeep but a [[Teferi, Time Raveler]] or [[Teferi Mage of Zhalfir]] is in play it won't be able to be cast and it will stay exiled. What I am unsure of is how these cards interact with suspended cards that have their final time counter removed by something like [[Clockspinning]] or [[The Tenth Doctor]]'s Timey-Wimey ability. Will the suspend card(s) be able to resolve, or do the spells go on the stack while the ability is still resolving, making it so they can't be cast?

The problem wasn't that Jim Benning was the GM, it was the problem was that Benning was still able to be making the kinds of moves that he was 7 years after being hired. If he wasn't doing exactly what ownership had wanted him to do, he wouldn't have lasted nearly as long as he did in the role.

What I think a lot of people fail to understand is what made those groups so great was how the experimented, broke away from tradition, and helped move things forward. If a band today comes out and sounds like just a modern version of some classic rock band, they're missing the point. They might be embracing the sound of those great bands, but in doing so they reject the ideology of them. Rock bands today don't sound like The Dark Side of the Moon for the same reason that The Dark Side of the M
