CCU is a content creator's toolkit. This release has 150+ traits which allow you to define custom NPC behaviors.
It's packaged into two editions: one for people who just want to play the content, and one for those who want to design it too.
WARNING: If you make content for the Workshop with CCU, I strongly advise you to prefix the upload's display name with [Mod], [CCU], or something to that effect. Or, you can put a warning on the image's thumbnail. If people download your content without knowing it requires mods to work properly, the content will either play as vanilla, or might crash the program.

Paris Hilton Reveals Details Of Alleged Sex Abuse At Utah Boarding School
huffpost.com/entry/paris-hilton-abuse-utah-bo...Streets of Rogue Civil Engineering has 50+ mutators that modify the city and its visuals. Plus two shitty traits.
This is an advance version, not a full release. The file is posted on the Discord here: https://discord.com/channels/187414758536773632/453259227797127188/971518865479721060
Heart attack gun
I learned how to mod games. It scratches the itch, and it's technically productive since I'm learning programming skills and can use that in my career. It's also too mentally exhausting to do long pointless binges of it.
This is obviously playing with fire for some people, like telling an alcoholic to learn how to brew beer. But if you're at your wit's end and you've tried everything else, it might be worth trying.
Thoughts?
Import Wizard doesn't work. Waterfox classic option doesn't allow Next button. Import from file goes to AppData/Roaming/Waterfox/Profiles, and none of the three's bookmarkbackups folder works.
Any ideas?
There were no stream issues, the stream was FINE, it was probably being hacked by those who want to see time FAIL. I am SICK ENTIRE of you people trying to drag him down. But you are RATS and he is EAGLE so you can't even ever see him fail. Thank yuo and Godb Bless
I see all this talk about how knowing the name of an entity is to have at least some degree of power over it. So, isn't having a name a liability? Is the convention of naming each other a control mechanism? Did humanity become enslaved once we started giving names to people?
I don't necessarily believe in the stuff in this sub, but it definitely makes for fascinating reading. And I can't say I disbelieve in it, either.
The project is low-tech by design, using nothing more advanced than C#, WPF, XAML & JSON. It's in very early stages, barely forked from a tutorial - there's nothing you could call gameplay yet. I do know how to implement the gameplay, but it’s not very motivating to do everything yourself.
The aspiration is to generate interesting and varied stories that could be read like a pulp novel. By completely eschewing audio and visuals, more effort can be put towards deep modeling and text variation. All the flashy stuff is done in the "theater of the mind." This also makes it much simpler to code.
I'm aiming for setting-agnosticism. The prototype might take place in a certain setting, but
Google hasn't helped much, but obviously I might not be searching the right terms. I am looking for a list of independent variables that can somewhat quantify interpersonal relationships. Obviously "independent variable" might be a pipedream here, since relationships are so complex, but any rough approximation will do.
Examples might be: affinity of personality, dominance, fear, respect, trust. Any help is appreciated!
