Debating between a Tikka T3x Ace (target or game) or something like a Tikka T3x CTR or Compact Tactical CTR. I will be using it for target shooting primarily. Potentially will go hunting with friends or family in the future but right now I don’t do any hunting. Torn between a chassis style or a stock. Also, obviously the Tikka is the better choice but would the Savage Axis II Precision be a good chassis option as a starter rifle or am I better off paying the extra money for the Tikka? I guess I’m just unsure what a good price point is to start out?
