I recently managed to drop and break my X-S20 and now I'm on the lookout for a new camera. Buying S20 again seems off, but then the only upgrades are T5 or H series, which are 4 years old. On some local classifieds few very well kept H1 listings appeared, ranging around 600 euro, but I had missed focus happening sort of regularly with S20, not sure how the H1 would perform.

And this made me look around for any news on Fuji releases, maybe S30 or something, but nothing reliable came up and also I found an article saying that this year is the first year in Fuji's X mount era that they haven't announced or released anything, so that seems kind of odd.

Is there any source or info regarding Fu

Hey guys, so I've spent the last 30 minutes prompting gpt and gemini about this and they both settled that there's only 2 products that sort of align with what I'm looking for.

It's the SnowSky Echo Mini and SnowSky Disc.

What I basically need is iPod Shuffle type of device with button control for basic stuff, play stop next previous volume up down. No need for streaming, bluetooth, nothing like that. I have my audio collection, mp3s and flacs and maybe some opus files.

I don't have some high standard criteria in terms of audio quality, my Galaxy phone playing back on my Samsung AKG headphones is good enough for me.

Are there any minimalistic portable players out there, maybe on Aliexpr

Long story short I got bamboozled into selling my Sigma 56mm and that was the second one I bought, so I figured I will not be buying the same lens for the 3rd time for my X-S20.

So now I'm thinking buying the lens I heard highest praises possible, the XF90. Just for context - I shoot for hobby, usually take the camera when I go out and about, I'd say 90% of situation is daylight, sunny or not as long it's not raining, and things I snap the most are cool cars, bikes, buildings, the typical stuff idk, nothing niche.

When I had the 56 Sigma, I had some instances where the lens was just too tele, but I really didn't mind it. I know that 90mm is almost double the nuisance, hence the topic.

Just got myself this keyboard (bought first "synth" MPK Miniplay 3 two months ago out of boredom and here we are now) and I'm trying to grasp all the options it has.

Few days ago I did something that made the little screen display a chord I'm currently playing. Would love that to be on always. How do I turn it on? Google claims it should work by default, but in my case, it doesn't.

Does VST I'm playing has anything to do with it? I mostly use Triton standalone.

I bought a watch on Chrono24 from US seller, or to be more precise, I sent my money in escrow. Found the watch I wanted, sent my offer, received the counter-offer later that day, and accepted. It was 4th of July.

I saw notification of my money being in escrow and that I have to wait for shipping confirmation, I guess this would happen when the seller gets a tracking number for the package.

So far I haven't received any updates, and yesterday I've sent a message on Chrono to the seller asking about updates on the shipping, no answer. But I don't know if there's a way to even know if the seller saw that message or not.

What would be your advice, how much longer should I wait before cancelin

I want to have some music in my Arai helmet but I don't need bluetooth/mesh module because I almost always ride solo. I saw the JBL 40 and 45mm speakers on Cardo website, but didn't find anything specific on the type of connector those speakers use.

I asked GPT, the answer was - it's not a aux jack, it's a proprietary connector that works with Cardo.

So, to cut to the question - if I buy Cardo JBL speakers, or XSound 4 (saw many reviews in favor of these) - what other connector would I need to plug those to my phone that has aux.

I've asked GPT, I've looked up in the manual, I can't find any explicit mention of this not being possible. Yet on my camera, if I choose All-I in the media rec settings, 360 Mbps is the only bitrate I can choose.

If there is someone employed at your agency complaining about the lead, how would you assess this situation? How would you approach resolving this situation, would you dismiss the employee's complaint automatically or side with whatever the department lead says, or would you give it a second thought and try to analyze it? Or is it just a waste of time and it's always lead's word >>>> employee no matter what the truth is because this is just shorter way of dealing with internal "drama" and employee is easier to replace?

I know this is complete hack way to show colors on screen - but I'm setting up my new rig with this new Viewsonic monitor (on the right) and looking at the same raw file, without any adjustments, (left side, Iiyama 27 1440p monitor) I can see big difference.

This shitty phone pic might not do any justice, but if you look closely, the whites are different, the saturation of reds is very obviously different in person, also it's almost like the Viewsonic is not as "cool" in terms of white balance as the Iiyama.

I've played with some settings, there are even some profiles in the monitor - photographer, video editor etc,
