I know this post will get shit on but I feel like I should be transparent. Someone with the name Richard L funded my loan and it's due tomorrow. It won't be paid on time. I tried to reach out to solo to reach out to you, but they said couldn't. I even tried to ask them to split payment and they said can't yet. There's no excuse for it. I apologize deeply. If you are wondering why it because I'm drowning in debt and after spending hours on a suicide hotline. I realized I needed to reach out to family for help. So now I'm in the process to move in with them and pay off my debt. I did ask what would happen to you and they said you wouldn't be affected but idk if that true. I will fully pay you

I'm about a month into a lease on an apartment I can't really afford. An opportunity has come up to move in with some friends. I've check the lease and it doesn't at all say what I should do before moving out. Wondering if landlord can give me advice on what I should be doing.

I already know I need to write a letter to my landlord. I know I need to clean this place as much as possible. I live in a slumlord can place. So there stuff just broken I can't fix. I never had an apartment give me my deposit back. So I don't think I will get it. What am I missing?

Now before I write this post I want to add the context if its solo exclusively having problems or if it's something else but I've been verified for a while. A few days ago all my account that were connected to my bank (even the ones like Netflix) was disconnected. I literally had to reconnect my bank to every app that uses it. Solo is the only one having problems. So I wanted to know if people are still having problems with the app.

I was one of the solofund users who got screwed by the update. I had a high rating 90 and was always on time. I'm late on a couple of bills. Would like someone to help out.

It should be obvious by now that you aren't getting funded or verified. Don't take it personally it has nothing to do with you. It's pretty clear by now whatever problem it's on their side and it's something other than software issues.

Just out of curiosity does anyone actually know what's going on?

I need new glasses. If it means anything to anyone I was a solofund user with a 90 score. I never missed a payment. I'm looking for a straight loan. I'm not looking to deal with any crypto or DL any other app.

I want to be full transparent that I'm a perpetual borrow with a now 90 borrow score. I've been late but never not paid. I usually request the max can but also give the max 15% tip. There has never been a time when I just couldn't funded. Infact quite the opposite where I would be funded within hours from my request. Yet it seems like I just can't get funded at all.

For context, I started going through an eviction process in Dec and sought advice from this website. Everyone was very helpful. I managed to pay both Dec and Jan's rent. I was told by the apartment company that the eviction process has been dismissed They have even given me official paperwork stating that. However that same day I called the court and they told me the case had not been dismissed on the 31 of Dec. So I ended up answering the affidavit that as of Jan 4th, I did not own any rent. Now I have a court date. I'm still confused as to how there's a court date when I've been told that the case was dismissed. I have the paperwork they gave and receipts proving I paid. Last month I was extremely late for rent and my apartment complex started the eviction process. I ended up paying rent on the 27th and was told by my apartment complex that the rent that the eviction process was dismissed. However, on the 29th I was still severed with papers to answer the affidavit. A few days later I paid Jans's rent and was talking to the leasing agent to again confirm that the case had been dismissed and even gave me official paperwork from their office saying it had been dismissed. It's me again. I've talked to my leasing office and they said they will take the rent I own, but till I pay jans rent it won't stop the eviction process. I'm confuse how that works. If I'm completely paid off all owed rent how can you eviction based off rent not due?

Pretty much what the title says. I got behind rent and when I went to pay on the rent payment app I noticed a huge fee was added. When I was the leasing agent they said that the apartment company had started the eviction process. I was given no paper or any information on a time frame. If I can pay rent or how long I have... ECT. Outside of moving out. I have several questions. Let's say I don't want to move and can pay rent with fees. How long do I have to pay it or how long do I have to actually movie out.

About 3 months ago I was sort of forced by situation circumstances to renew my lease of the apartment I've lived in for 5 years. They've recently got bought out by a company and things have sort of gone downhill. That plus someone wanting me as a roommate. I've decided I don't want to live hear anymore. I've checked my lease and it doesn't mention what would happen I just decided to move out. Idk what I should do at this point.
