Sold an expensive blanket very cheap due to issues since people like to use it for scraps and coats. Buyer said they had to dryclean the item(After I said dry cleaning was necessary) and left a negative without reaching out. If I offer to pay for dry cleaning for removal of negative, is that against ToS--My First negative in 2100 sales. Ebay denied removing it online as well even though POOR quality was all over the condition box, even with a condition rating of 4/10. What would you end up doing? I don't want it to be extortion if I say I will pay for the dry cleaning for a neutral or positive. Thanks!
