I’m looking for rhythm games that aren’t like 99% anime/vocaloid music. I like that sorta music, but I just want normal music sometimes. Only game I’ve found so far that fits this criteria is UNBEATABLE [white label]. Any others?

I’ve been collecting and listening to records for the past 1.5 years, and wanted to improve my listening experience a bit. I don’t know what I should upgrade first though, and I don’t know how much I should spend.

I’m deciding between either a new cartridge/stylus, and a new preamp, but if anyone else has recommendations on what else I should get please let me know!

Right now I have a Yamaha YP-B2 turntable. It doesn’t have the most impressive specs, but I got it mainly for the looks anyways, and it does it’s job rather well imo

My cartridge is a Grado Green3. I adore this cartridge, but I do feel like it’s not the most detailed, and it’s rather entry level. My plan was to upgrade to eit

I've recently gotten interested in analog audio (since around 1.5 years ago). I first started collecting headphones, then vinyl, and now I want to enter the world of cassette players/tapes! Today I found a great deal of $150 on a used WM-F10, and I snagged it instantly. I'm very excited to have yet another physical media format, but first I have a few questions:

  1. Apparently the belt on the player I ordered needs changing; the seller has confirmed that the motor is working, but the spindle is not spinning. If anything is needed beyond a simple belt change is there any reliable place in the US that can service a WM-F10 II?
  2. How often should I check to see if everything in my cassette play
