At least for the US Soccer Insiders pre-sale prices are:
Outer Bailey - $55
Opposite Endline Upper Deck -$37
Nosebleed Corners - $30
First Financial - $155
Pitchview - $225
Above First Financial - $86
Lower Corners - $80
Lower non-premium sideline $93

Prices are per ticket with fees.

I think the center Bailey is only sold through the Outlaws and I’ve not seen an email from them about their sale.

Have a pair of black Chairman’s that I have had since 12/2024. Today I’ve worn a whole in the leather sole. I’d say I’ve worn the shoes 1-2 days/week since purchase - was 20 months of use a good run?

Shoutout to the crew that puts up the bridge signs on 75S in Lockland. I hope you’re reading this - keep up the great work.

[OH][SFH] Renter wants to meet with board

Help: Law, CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules

A renter wants to meet with the board to contest a warning to remove an above ground pool (they are prohibited). No fines yet. We give people time to cure the problem.

In my 10+ tenure in the board we’ve not dealt with a renter wanting to attend a meeting.

I suspect this is mostly a stall tactic but how have other boards handled this?

Church insurance

Commercial Insurance

My Ohio based church board tasked me with the responsibilities of getting quotes on the property and liability insurance our church holds. The current insurer is Brotherhood Mutual.

I plan to get a copy of the current ‘spec page’ detailing coverage and shop around but don’t really know where to start.

Any wisdom to share?
