I am getting insanely tilted by this. I will play well, get a full piece up, and then still lose the endgame. What am I doing wrong? What drills can I practice to stop this from happening?

Example games where this exact thing happens.
Part of it I know was just getting into time trouble. But I was so ahead on material and king saftey, and still punted. Very frustrated at this loss. I want to learn from it, because it feels like a lot of my losses boil down to me being ahead in material, and then just failing to convert.
Here’s a more polished version:
I ordered pickled garlic from Amazon, and when it arrived, the box smelled strongly of garlic. I figured that might be normal, since it is garlic, but when I opened one of the jars, I noticed some liquid pooled around the lid. I also did not see a pop-up safety button or any obvious freshness seal indicating the jar had been properly sealed.
I ate two cloves before thinking much of it, and they tasted normal and actually pretty good. Now I am worried the jar may have been leaking or unsealed during shipping. It was also outside in the sun after delivery, though I don't remember for how long.
How concerned should I be about botulism or another serious foodbo
Random question that has been nagging me. But are these made in some kind of animation software, or created with unity and simulated in code?
I don't know if people on here have seen those videos by the really woke influencers about how it's bad for white people to shop at Asian grocery stores. This is something I've been doing for a while, as a white guy myself, and I recently had an interaction that I thought was kind of funny.
My friends and I were there killing time before a event, and we ended up just buying a bunch of stuff because half of us needed to get groceries.
So I'm walking around with giant bags of rice in my hands and a bunch of random goodies I picked up, and the old lady that ran it smiled and said "Your arms look so busy! I'll get you a cart!"
She seemed elated that people were buying so much stuff from her
Why is it the case that I'll have like 5 wins in a row, then just lose every singe game for an entire day? It's wildly inconsistent. I either crush people every game I play, or do terribly. It doesn't make sense.
I hover around 750 +- 50 elo points on chess.com
I play competitive magic the gathering. Finally been seeing success at RCQs, getting good payouts in promos/store credit, finally travelling, finally putting up good results in more competitive spaces.
Now my OCD is screaming at me that I'm wasting my life doing this, that this is all childish, etc. it really sucks :(
