My former GM, let’s call him Larry had an amazing campaign I played for over a year, my favorite character I’ve played made it from session 1 to the epic finale, that just could not have been better, going from level 3 all the way to 20 in just about a real life year. We become friends on Discord at the beginning of that campaign which is where we held online sessions. I noticed no red flags of any kind.

I later tried GMing Curse of Strahd for the group and his character had this thing, preparing NPCs to fight Strahd by strangling them. I thought it made sense, Larry knew

Can anyone explain how to score a shot?

The game explains it so poorly!

I did every single thing it said and I score 0 points every single game!

It feels like the game takes a dump on me for even trying then kicks me in the balls!

THE WORST PART OF THIS GAME WILL BE THAT TO COMPLETE THE LAST YWO CHAPTERS I WILL BE FORCED TO FINISH PLAYING THIS CANCER!

It’s strange how surface level we are about why the crossover feels like Professor Layton with Phoenix Wright in it

The biggest reason is who the cases are thematically about

Edgeworth’s all tie into DL-6

Franziska’s are about losing a sibling

Godot’s are about men failing to protect women

In these games, the cases are thematically all about the prosecutor, except the tutorial which can get away with being irrelevant as it’s teaching you the mechanics

This game revolves around Espella Cantabella

She created the great fire in her backstory, and the first witch trial has fire kill the victims

In the Golden Court, the case is all started because a man would rather die than expose harm d

I guessed Tatum Evans was one of the killers

I expected it because:

1. A parallel to Scream 6, the original killer’s daughter is innocent and in fact the heroine. So what if the original hero’s daughter is a murderer?

2. The killer could get in easily and the boyfriend was a very obvious red herring.

3. Tatum rehearses walking in a costume with a mask. The killer later walks through the same door she’s walking through for the play.

4. When she needed to “Deal with” her dad to get out, suddenly ghostface comes to murder him.

5. Tatum says the whole movie she wants to be part of her mom’s world, to be a fighter.

Instead they had mother and daughter fight their crazy neighbor and some gu

A fun but terrible idea! Imagining the two Ace Attorney trilogies switched:Apollo Justice trilogy first, Phoenix Wright trilogy after. Along with all the changes needed to make it work.

Without Phoenix’s plan, Apollo doesn't catch him but without his objection the trial ends just by proving she was knocked out and thus physically could not commit the crime.
