With the recent hero race a couple of problems were brought up.
First of all the lack of rules: Epic should add a set of rules to the race. Not only to avoid situations in which people are displeased with players using bot games (as in the recent case), but also to allow players that do not pay for boosts to have a chance in winning.
Second point: Considering what recently happened, I'm seriously concerned about playing the game with friends. A while ago I was playing with friends and one of us had a connection issues and couldn't connect to the game again. In this thread I’ll try to explain why I think the introduction of Agora.gg is bad for the Paragon universe.
First of all I’d like to refer to what happened to me personally when they introduced borders / similar sites to league. (They showed peoples ranking bronze-silver-gold-platinum-diamond-master-challenger)
What happened after the release was that people started to look at the players ranking, based on the ranking they would then form an image of how the game would work out… before it even started. Personally I was mostly affected right after the release of the borders since It always showed up right before the game. I would get really frustrated when I saw unranked and silver
