Hello All, I've been back playing and painting warhammer for about 2 years now after a LONG hiatus from playing and painting in my early teens. I've always loved eldar and today I've finally took the plunge and bought the eldar combat patrol. I'm so excited to have 6 god damn jet bikes and I'm really looking forward to building and painting everything in the box. Yeah there is really no purpose to this post I'm just excited to join the community. If anyone has any inspirational paintjobs to point me toward I'm very much still up in the air on paint scheme.

I'm getting back into vic2 and I'm having trouble getting HPM installed. I believe I've knocked out most of the common troubleshooting steps I've seen around already and I've dealt with the common issues in the past (clearing cache folder, etc.)

Now, I've deleted everything, reinstalled everything, checked file validity, and have a perfectly fine version of Vic2 with both DLC that runs fine.

I go and delete the cache, install HPM, get the tick box, tick it and then when I start the game I get the normal intro video and once it is over when it goes to open the game proper I get my pocketwatch cursor but the game window fails to ever open. It remains stuck essentially still on my
