I’m on a trip hoping to do some fly fishing in Olympic National Park. My understanding was that a fishing license was not necessary, but the electronic catch record cards are. I can see that the catch record cards are available online on the WDFW site. But, the site requires you to purchase a fishing license to purchase a catch record card. So even if by the letter of the law a fishing license isn’t required to fish in the park, is there actually any way to get a catch record card and fish the park without buying a license?

But McLaren still should not have swapped the cars. Lando got to p2 on merit, didn’t complain and demand the stop, and shouldn’t be getting hate. That said, luck is a part of racing, and Lando got the bad luck today. It’s brutal to have that happen right after a mechanical dnf at zandvoort, but we didn’t see McLaren switch places at silverstone for Oscar when they said that penalty was unfair. Let’s be happy for two good drives from Lando and Oscar, and direct our hate towards the McLaren pit wall for creating this whole mess by pitting Oscar first and then swapping places.

Verstappen has a 5 second penalty and Oscar was sitting 3 seconds behind him. If he just followed verstappen whenever he pits, he was basically guaranteed the lead. A totally unnecessary risk from the McLaren strategy department.

Loaded into a match as bowser and there’s two other players in the lobby. From the get go both the mewtwo and shulk make no attempt to even keep up the appearance that they aren’t teaming. The shulk would keep me busy while the mewtwo charged his projectile and then he’d hit me with it to team combo me off of shulks attacks. Despite this managed to eliminate the mewtwo wirh 100% left on my second stock, while the shulk was still at 20% on his second. Managed to run it back and eventually tie the match at 100% on the last stock, but ended up losing. Makes me pissed I have to play these fuckers who aren’t even any good and bleed gsp. Do not understand why we pitted Oscar so early. Tires were still good, he wasn’t in danger of the undercut, and now it will be hard to get to the end. I get why they pitted Norris (to undercut Charles) but makes no sense to pit piastri the next lap. Thoughts?

Two days ago my ear started to become tender and swell a bit, and it has gotten worse to the point that my ear is swollen shut and I cannot hear well out of it. It hurts a bit, and I cannot lay on it, and it also itches slightly. Should I see a doctor, and if so how? I am currently in Europe and not fully aware of how the medical system operates here..

I’m playing eu4 for the first time in quite a while and I went to do my usual eco and quantity ideas build and noticed that the economic ideas -20% dev cost bonus had been nerfed to -10%, and that quantity and economic ideas no longer give a policy for -10% dev cost. Are there any policies that reduce dev costs, and what are there new ways to stack dev cost in the recent updates?
