On way to drug store get a cup and fill halfway with hot water from a gas station or home (have instant read thermometer with you A MUST)
-
Park somewhere by the testing site and dunk bottle for 30-45 seconds shake and check temp. Repeat this until you get to 100 degrees or a little over. If it's over 100 then keep in AC air of car for a minute. The idea is to get it to 100 so if it loses a degree or two from waiting in the clinic you are still solid.

Use the included heatpack and rubber band it to the bottle. Put it in tight waistband and preferably with a belt you can tighten with exposed side to your skin. Heatpack side facing away from you.

Head in and test. Pour it to a lit
Like the title suggests, Ive usually always mowed grass the day it's ready to harvest. But just yesterday I forgot about mowing and waited an extra month. But it's almost like I got double the amount. Is this usually how it goes?
I am interviewing at the manger level for the first time in a couple of weeks. I aced the screen and during the 30 minute hiring manager call she basically invited me onsite same day. But now comes the hard part. I have a 3 hour interview. 1 hour blocks with a couple of executives each time. I have a history of going blank during interviews or stumbling and it truly makes it seem like I don't know what I'm talking about or have never done the work before when I know it inside and out. I know I'm capable of the job but fair to say the heat is on.
I am new to leadership but confident I could make a great manager. I've worked 12 years in B2B OTC Customer Service. The past couple years I gained alot of experience building workflows, SOPs, tracking KPI's, and building reports for executive leadership, along with coaching team members. I am being promoted but I am pretty scared. I know my supervisor doesn't expect me to get it right away. But any tips or things you wish you could tell your younger self when you first started out as a leader? And am I in over my head?
Im looking to get a good group of engineers to squad up and dominate in a tank via Conquest. We could take turns driving, gunner, and a two man repair/close quarter infantry eliminators/painting crew.
If anyone is free from 9pm-12pm EST lemme know!
I'll be packing light with my 6' Light rod moderate action spinning reel. Any recommended lures? Fishing for anything really. Would like to catch a trout or two.
