Just a question to ask for advice:

I need earplugs to reduce background sound at work (music, colleagues and clients in close proximity).

I am planning on going to a concert soon too.

So I was looking at the Switch which could do both.

QUESTIONS:
Is there an actually difference between the three modes in the switch?

Is there any difference between the Quiet and any random muffling earplugs?

Thanks!

Hi folks,

I am part of a group we started from Reddit last year. Our renewal has come and one of our group is leaving.
We are looking for a new member to join to make it cheaper for everyone involved.

If you are interested in taking up the slot let me know! 🤙

I have been interested in the idea of going privately and setting up an MSK practice inside à private gym:

-positive for me: access to high level equipment

-positive for patients: access to equipment so better rehab, easier to attend

-positive for gym: I would basically be bringing future customers who would most likely be interested in taking up memberships

I have seen this idea been implemented once and it seems like a good idea. I was wondering if anyone has experience of doing this?

I had a two week indoor cycling hiatus and coming back this week, I now run out of gears on anything steeper than -5% using the Zwift cog.

I can’t remember exactly but I feel like I hard gears to burn until -10% using the 24th gear.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi, I started properly getting into chess this month and am sitting at 600 Elo.

I’ve been progressing really quickly and looking to continue this enjoyable progress with a book to learn more openings, develop tactics, improve endgames.

I was looking at Modern Chess Openings (Nick de Firmian), How to win at chess (Levy Rozman) and Logical chess (Irving Chernev).

What would you advise ? Of these three what are your thoughts on how they would help?

Thanks a million everyone :)
