I realized that I had come down with a nasty cold (probably from one of the sanitation wipes they make me throw away with no gloves [I am a cart pusher and customers leave those things in the carts all the time]), texted the only team lead who's number I had (I cannot message anyone in the app without being clocked in) and put in my absences for today and tomorrow, giving my reason as illness/injury. I graduated with my BA in History (no concentration) this last spring semester and am totally lost on what I want to do going forward. The job market is so trash (I have only just now found a job... pushing carts at Walmart, of all things) that I feel like if I ever want to work in this field professionally I need further education. I've got two main ideas so far, pick a grad school for an MA in Ancient History (hopefully one that doesn't require an initial Latin or Greek proficiency, I don't want to wait an extra semester to go back to school to learn them. I was using Ars Nouveau but too be honest it’s just way too strong. I hadn’t even made it to the End before I had spells and gear that made elytras irrelevant, let alone flying machines. I just want something balanced to replace the snore inducing vanilla progression. I used to use Tinker’s Construct but it’s not up to 1.21.1 yet. Any suggestions for 1.21.1 Neoforge are welcome. I want to try something new!

I just graduated with my BA from my college out of state and ended up coming back to Louisiana because I didn't really have anywhere else to go. I decided rather recently that I wanted to pursue teaching as a career and there wasn't any time (or money, sadly) for me to swap over to my degree program's secondary education track. I am already looking for work (and interviewing) for uncertified positions in my area.

The issue is I'm not sure how far that'll take me or if I even need to start an alternate certification program before I can teach at all. TeachLouisiana (imagine a dot here) net isn't super clear about it and I get conflicting answers from google. What steps should I look into ta

I feel like every time someone gets up in my face I just fall apart. Best I can do is retreat and dig in with the turret build I've been running. Gun builds don't have as much of an issue of course but McGinnis's kit is just too good not to invest in. Maybe I just need to stop using build guide slop and craft my own balanced build for my own playstyle idk.
