I’m in Massachusetts in the United States, and have jumped through the hoops of documenting blood sugars and controlling them for 24 years, and have yet to be prescribed a pump. I would like to jump from endo to endo until I find one who will prescribe me an insulin pump, but I am afraid I may end up worsening my situation.

I placed my stuff evenly throughout my skills with a slight focus on dexterity and something else because I wanted to do bleed damage with a katana. I have no friends to play with, and can’t beat Wyrm. Should i respec and buy magic? Do I need to apply fire proof stuff? Also I put an ice spell on my katana, is he ice resistant? My only spells are heal and poison heal, and I use a dragon hand thing to cast them. I have a “summon something” and something else but I don’t have enough mana to cast them I think. Also I can’t figure out how to shoot blue lasers like other people. Also I thought I could use ash of war but my guy reaches his hand into his pocket and finds nothing

Way back in the yesteryear before Halflife 2, I downloaded and played roughly one thousand halflife mods. from Azure Sheep, Natural Selection to Conundrum, Day of Defeat to the specialists, to this one where you play as a vortigaunt, to Earths Special Forces. Deathmatches, single players, but they were some of the best game modifications I have ever played. I haven't done any screen capturing and video editing before but I would love to do this to share my love with others
