I’ve burnt myself out making tons of dishes and spending an hour + prepping meals, and I’m suddenly in the danger zone of buying prepackaged meals lol.

Healthy/from scratch is the most important factor for me. Low dish count is next. I don’t mind some light prep ahead of time, I just wanna take it easy once the meal is over.

I didn’t burp it at all (on accident, I forgot) and when I tried to open it was completely stuck. I finally got it opened and suctioned off and it all began bubbling furiously. So it was clearly completely air tight.

I ate one and then thought about the risk of botulism. I know it’s rare, but it’s a hugely scary thing if there’s even a chance. Is it possible there was botulism? Can I go the doctor now to just test for it and rule it out?

I’m so disappointed. I’ve always been a normal size, I’m 5’5” 130 pounds. I walk a lot and have run on and off.

At the end of last December, I started weight training 3x a week. I also started changing my macros to ensure at least 30g protein per meal, while keeping total calorie count the same.

And at the end of exactly 6 months, there is literally no change. I look mid. I have no apparent gained muscle or definition.

And for anyone wondering, I started with no weight lifting. In January started with body weight movement, and I’ve slowly added to where I lift up to 30-60lbs depending on the movement.

How could I do all this work and see zero difference after 6 months?

I’ve had constipation since I was a toddler, as early as I can remember. As an adult I finally figured out how to plan each meal out to have 10g of fiber, which has helped. That said, if I mess up even one meal of the day, my poop will be hard. If I mess up a whole day, I won’t poop at all. And yet I have friends and family members who I’ve vacationed with who eat literally almost zero fiber and still poop fine.

Why am I different than them? Can I fix this? It’s a bummer being so tied down to eating nothing but beans and chia seeds on vacation. If I don’t, I just don’t poop for days and I look awful, and it ruins the trip. But never eating out or having fun also ruins

I know no mess/already made food is a plus. But I am seriously clueless at this. Most friends are 30-45 minutes away, and I’m not sure how to keep huge meals hot/cold.

And I need meal ideas. Desperately. If anyone has recipes for meals that can be done completely ahead of time or only require baking, I’d sooo appreciate it!

I recently saw someone post a before/after for pregnancy, and she is in amazing shape before and after, but her hourglass figure is very diminished afterwards. It’s like her waist is far wider, even though it’s flat.

I’m going to be TTC soon so I’m curious about this. Can giving birth cause your literal frame to become permanently wider?
